  1. November 7, 2021: Volodymyr Zelenskyy, president of Ukraine, issued a warning that a new round of strikes on its power infrastructure could be launched using Iranian drones, which Ukraine claims Russia is deploying to target its towns and energy networks

  2. November 10, 2021: The US reports unusual Russian troop movements near the Ukrainian border2

  3. November 28, 2021: Ukraine claims Russia is assembling around 92,000 soldiers for an offensive at the end of January or early February 2022.
